In module three, we will learn the five main principles of Six Sigma and familiarise with some key Six Sigma methodologies. We will also gain an insight into the history of Six Sigma.

Module 04: The Define Phase

In module four, we will explore the key aspects of the “define” phase of project management, which includes project planning, the elements of the project charter, and the critical-to-quality tree.

Module 05: The Measure Phase

In module five, we will take a look at project metrics and the process baseline, with step-by-step training on how to estimate process baselines using process capability analysis.

Module 06: The Analyse Phase

In module six, we will explore the critical components of the analysis phase,  taking a look at the different types of analysis. It covers key topics such as value stream mapping, Pareto charts, box plots and design of experiments.

Module 07: The Improve Phase

In module seven, we will learn about the improve phase, taking an in-depth look at cost-benefit analysis, pay-off analysis, planning implementation, documentation and training.

Module 08: The Control Phase
