Module 5: Effective Communication Skills In module five, we will sharpen our communication skills and learn how to establish a positive coaching/client relationship. It includes guidance on how to provide constructive feedback, enhance your body language and develop your active listening skills. Module 6: Personal Skills In module six, we will gain a range of transferable skills needed to be a successful coach or mentor, including time management, stress management, assertiveness, and negotiation.
