Module 05 Food Kitchen and Commercial Kitchen Cleaning In module five, we will learn about domestic and hospitality kitchen cleaning procedures and best practice. It provides practical training on how to clean microwaves, ovens, refrigerators, sinks and other appliances. Module 06 Bathrooms and Toilets In module six, we will learn all about bathroom cleaning and toilet cleaning, with an overview of equipment required.
